Step 1
Use soft butter. Remove seeds from vanilla pod, add the seeds to mixture. Mix all ingredients well until you have a dough ball. It should be slightly crumbly. Put dough ball in foil. Leave in the fridge for 30 mins.

Mix together well all the filling ingredients. Use soft butter and remove seeds from vanilla pods to add to mixture.
Making the pie
Step 3
Line springform pan (28 cm) with baking sheet. Line floor and edges of the pan with the dough, about 1 cm to 1,5 cm thick (a thumb or a little more). Keep aside the dough that is left.
Step 4
Pour in the quark mixture. Crumble the leftover dough on top.
Step 5
Shove in the oven for about 60 to 65 mins at 180C. Leave to fully cool after. Keep in the fridge, serve cold.
