Instructions

Step 1
Combine the lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, mustard, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, and black pepper in a bowl or jar.

Whisk vigorously until the honey and mustard are completely dissolved.

Slowly drizzle in the olive oil and sesame oil while continuously whisking to create a smooth, emulsified dressing.
Step 4
Stir in the chopped cilantro.
Step 5
Store in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 10 minutes before using.
