Step 1
Cut cheese into 2 triangles. Put in the freezer for 15 minutes

Season breadcrumbs: Pinch of salt
Pepper
1/2 tsp of Paprika

Whisk eggs in one container, and add flour to another
Step 4
Coat each slice: 1. Flour
2. Egg
3. Breadcrumbs
4. Egg again
5. Breadcrumbs again
Step 5
Refrigerate slices for 20 minutes
Step 6
Heat oil to Medium-high Fry 2 minutes per side until deep golden and crisp
Step 7
Drain oil from slices
Step 8
Serve
