Step 1
Peel your carrots and trim the ends. You can cut them but make sure the pieces are similar in size so they cook evenly.
Step 2
Pop the carrots into a mixing bowl and drizzle over the olive oil and season with salt and pepper and the optional extras. Toss well to make sure every piece is evenly coated.
Step 3
Air fry at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are lightly caramelised and tender
