Choc Caramel Peppermint Crisp Dessert

A chilled layered dessert of Nice biscuits, whipped cream mixed with canned caramel, and grated Aero chocolate, finished with crushed Peppermint Crisp. Easy to assemble and refrigerate. A family favourite!

Instructions

Step 1
Grate Aero bar.
Step 2
Whip cream till thick.
Step 3
Add caramel and mix well till combined.
Step 4
In a 20 cm glass dish place a layer of biscuits.
Step 5
Spread a layer of the caramel-cream mixture over the biscuits to cover completely.
Step 6
Sprinkle a layer of grated Aero chocolate over the caramel mixture.
Step 7
Repeat layering biscuits, caramel and grated chocolate until finished, ending with a caramel and chocolate layer.
Step 8
Top with crushed Peppermint Crisp.
Step 9
Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight if you can.
