cooked, adzuki beans, drained and rinsed
⅓ cupchocolate chips
melted
60gchocolate protein powder
or 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
2eggs
for binding and structure
1 Tbspvanilla extract
1 teaspoonbaking powder
½ cupmilk
any type
0.31gsalt
2 tablespoonsmaple syrup
or honey, optional
1 tablespoonsground decaf coffee

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F, line your 9"x9" pan with parchment
Step 2
Melt chocolate chips in microwave (30 sec intervals, stirring)
Step 3
Blend beans, melted chocolate, protein powder, sweetener, eggs, coffee, vanilla, baking powder, and salt in your Nutribullet until very smooth
Step 4
Pour into pan, smooth top, sprinkle extra chips if using
Step 5
Bake 25-30 minutes until edges set but center is slightly fudgy
Step 6
Cool completely before cutting (they firm up as they cool)
