Instructions
Step 1
In a frying pan, cook the ground beef and chopped onion.
Step 2
Add the ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce. Mix everything together well.

Once the mixture starts bubbling, sprinkle the cheese evenly over the top.
Step 4
Crack the eggs into 3 separate spots in the pan.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Once the eggs are set, it’s ready to serve.
Step 7
Top with sliced cucumber and parsley if desired, and enjoy with rice!
