Instructions
Step 1
Split 168 grams (3/4 cup) 96/4 lean ground beef into two balls and add salt and pepper to them. Form each ball into a square (Wendy’s forms their patties into squares). Place the patties in a pan over medium heat, flipping them until they are brown on both sides.
Step 2
Remove the patties from the pan and add a bun to the same pan to toast.
Step 3
While the buns are toasting, microwave 3 slices of bacon for 15–17 seconds on a paper towel.
Step 4
Assemble your burger by adding 1 patty to the bottom bun, 1 slice Velveeta cheese, 1 1/2 slices bacon, the 2nd patty, another Velveeta cheese slice, and 1 1/2 slices bacon.
Step 5
Spread 8 grams (~1/2 tbsp) light mayo on the top bun and add 8 grams (1/2 tbsp) sugar free ketchup. Add the top bun to the burger.
