Instructions

Step 1
Cook 1 pound Spaghetti Noodles according to the package, drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a medium pan, brown 2 pounds of ground beef.
Step 3
Sautee 1 cup of diced yellow onion & 2 diced green bell peppers.
Step 4
Add ground beef to pain once the onion & Bell peppers are sautéed to desired texture.
Step 5
Add 20 ounces (2 cans) of rotel with green chilies undrained.
Step 6
Add 32 ounces Velveeta Cheese cubed.
Step 7
Add 1 cup of Chicken Broth.
Step 8
Add 2 packets of taco seasoning.
Step 9
Lastly, stir in Spaghetti Noodles or top Spaghetti Noodles with desired amount of rotel.
