Instructions

Step 1
Cream together melted/cooled butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Step 2
Add egg and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Fold in all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4
Fold in teddy grahams and semisweet chocolate chips.
Step 5
Place graham crackers on a baking sheet. Place a marshmallow on each graham cracker.
Step 6
Scoop some cookie dough, flatten it, and place over the marshmallow.
Step 7
Bake at 350°F for 14 minutes.
Step 8
Enjoy.
