Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a large pan.
Step 2
Add the red onions and cook for 8–10 minutes until soft.
Step 3
Add the garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add the tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.
Step 5
Add the passata, marjoram, black pepper, and crumble in the stock cube. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 6
Add the chickpeas and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the spinach and stir until fully heated through.
Step 8
Serve on its own or with rice.
