Instructions
Step 1
Brown chops; parboil rice. Combine 2 cans of soup; blend well.
Step 2
Place layer of soup in bottom of greased (buttered) casserole dish, layer of rice, then chops. Repeat layers, ending with layer of soup.
Step 3
(Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water if rice is not 1/2 done.) Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Bake 1 to 2 hours (first 1 1/2 covered, last 15 to 30 minutes uncovered) in a 325° to 350° oven.
