Step 1
In a large serving bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, honey and sumac with a pinch of sea salt and plenty of coarsely ground black pepper. Add the strawberries, cucumber and watermelon to the bowl, then gently toss to coat in the dressing. Stir through the mint and crumble over the feta, if liked. Finish with an extra sprinkle of sumac and serve immediately
