Instructions

Step 1
Slice the tomato and mozzarella and arrange them on a plate, alternating the slices. Season with salt and black pepper.
Step 2
Dice the melon into small cubes and place it in a bowl. Add very finely chopped onion and chopped basil.
Step 3
Season the melon mixture with olive oil, a few drops of balsamic vinegar, and lime juice, then mix gently.
Step 4
Spoon the melon salsa over the caprese and serve immediately.
