Ingredients
8 servings
¼ cupwhite vinegar
2 tablespoonslemon juice
⅓ cupolive oil
½ cupmayonnaise
2 clovesfresh garlic
finely minced
½ teaspoondried basil
½ teaspoondried oregano
½ teaspoondried parsley
½ teaspoondried thyme
2 teaspoonshoney
¼ cupparmesan cheese
finely grated
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
3 tablespoonswater
only if needed to thin the dressing out a little bit
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a large jar and shake very well until combined. Store in the fridge for a few hours before serving, or serve immediately
Step 2
If the dressing is too thick, simply add water one teaspoon at a time to thin it out to the desired consistency.
