Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon zest until evenly coated. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the shrimp are golden and crispy. While the shrimp are cooking, melt the butter in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic. Stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice, and cook for an additional minute. Once the shrimp are done, remove them from the air fryer and transfer them to a serving plate. Drizzle the garlic herb butter sauce over the shrimp, and serve immediately.
