Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Arrange the salmon fillets, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus spears across a large baking tray.
Step 3
Drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Spread 1 tablespoon of green pesto evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Step 5
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily and the tomatoes are blistered.
