​Add the finely crushed tortilla chips. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until the mixture feels cohesive and holds its shape. Let it sit for 2 minutes.

​Shape the mixture into thick, log-shaped sausages.

​Optional: Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.

​Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Lightly oil the basket.
Step 6
​Arrange the logs in a single layer, ensuring they aren't touching (cook in batches if needed).
Step 7
​Air fry at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, gently flipping them over halfway through.
