Ingredients

500gturkey thigh mince
0.25white onion
large Spanish, finely grated
1 Tbspharissa paste
2 clovesgarlic
crushed or finely minced
fresh coriander
finely chopped
1 tspground cumin
½ tspsalt
black pepper

3 TbspSalsa Tortilla Chips

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the turkey thigh mince, grated onion, harissa, garlic, coriander, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Add the finely crushed tortilla chips. Mix everything thoroughly with your hands until the mixture feels cohesive and holds its shape. Let it sit for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Shape the mixture into thick, log-shaped sausages.
Step 4
Optional: Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
Step 5
Preheat your air fryer to 200°C for 3 minutes. Lightly oil the basket.
Step 6
Arrange the logs in a single layer, ensuring they aren't touching (cook in batches if needed).
Step 7
Air fry at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, gently flipping them over halfway through.
