Step 1
TOFU: Season tofu with 1 Tbsp soy sauce and 1 Tbsp cornstarch; use cooking spray as needed. Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes.

THAI PEANUT SAUCE: Combine 2 Tbsp soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, minced garlic, PB2 mixed with water, nut milk, and chili paste until smooth. Serve with baked tofu.
