Million Dollar Casserole

A creamy, cheesy baked pasta casserole made with ground beef (or turkey), spaghetti sauce, cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese, topped with cheddar and baked until bubbly.

Instructions

Step 1
Boil a pot full of water. Add your noodles as directed on the package.
Step 2
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3
While your noodles are boiling, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese. Mix very well.
Step 4
Place your meat in a skillet and cook until brown and cooked through. Drain it.
Step 5
Pour your spaghetti sauce over the meat and mix well.
Step 6
Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Step 7
Layer half of the noodles in the bottom of the dish. Pour the creamy mixture on top of the noodles and spread it all over.
Step 8
Add the rest of the noodles and put a few slices of butter on top of those noodles.
Step 9
Pour the red sauce and meat on top and spread it all over.
Step 10
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese on top, and bake for another 15 minutes.
