Instructions

Step 1
Mix the savory spread: In a small bowl, stir the softened cream cheese, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper together until smooth and well blended.
Step 2
Lay out the tortillas: Place your two regular flour tortillas flat on the counter.
Step 3
Spread the base: Use a butter knife to spread the seasoned basil cream cheese evenly over the entire surface of both tortillas.
Step 4
Layer the meat and cheese: Lay your Buddig ham slices evenly over the cream cheese layer.
Step 5
Roll them tight: Roll each tortilla up as tightly as possible into a log shape (roll over the string cheese if using that method). Wrap each log tightly in plastic wrap.
Step 6
Chill and slice: Pop the wrapped rolls into the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes so the cream cheese firms up. Unwrap, slice into thick, bite-sized wheels, and serve cold.
