Instructions

Step 1
Scoop the base: Scoop 1 cup of cold, rich whole-milk ricotta cheese directly into your favorite dinner bowl.
Step 2
Flavor the cheese: Add the 1 tablespoon of real honey, the ground cinnamon, and the vanilla extract directly into the bowl on top of the ricotta.
Step 3
Swirl it together: Use a spoon to whip and stir the seasonings directly into the ricotta until it is light, fluffy, and the cinnamon and honey are beautifully swiveled throughout.
Step 4
Top with apricots: Cut your drained canned apricots into bite-sized pieces if they are whole halves. Pile the fruit right on top of the sweet ricotta base.
Step 5
Final touch: Drizzle a few extra drops of real honey over the top of the apricots for a gorgeous, glossy finish. Grab a spoon and dive in immediately while perfectly chilled!
