Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease an 8x8-inch or 9x9-inch baking dish.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and onion, then cook for 6 to 8 minutes until browned. Drain excess grease if needed.

Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add cream of mushroom soup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth.

Mix in the frozen vegetables and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

Arrange the biscuit dough pieces evenly on top.
