Instructions

Step 1
Whisk flour, Baking Powder in small bowl and set aside. Beat butter, sugar, extract and zest. Beat in one egg at a time until creamy. Add flour mixture until dough forms. Fold in nuts and dried fruit. Form logs into 12” rolling parchment paper. About 1/2” thick. Bake 35-40 mins @ 325. Cool 30 mins then cut with serrated knife. Bake 20 more mins until golden in color. (Turn them on their side for this). Cool on wire rack(no paper)
