Instructions

Step 1
Chop your chicken breast and cut out all the nasty bits.
Step 2
Grind your cashews.
Step 3
Chop your clove or garlic and onion into roughly even pieces make them whatever size you want I like not too small so it doesn't get burnt.
Step 4
Cut your ginger into fine pieces, or even make it like a paste if you can.
Step 5
Put your chicken, cashews, garlic, onion, ginger, ketchup, honey, soy sauce, and flour into a bowl and mix.
Step 6
Heat your pan and put some oil on it.
Step 7
Cook your chicken.
Step 8
Take it off the pan. Make a pan sauce by adding bone broth on the pan and stir it to deglaze it and add some more flour to thicken it.
Step 9
Once it is a thick sauce, add some more ketchup, some more soy sauce, and some honey together.
Step 10
Put the chicken back in the pan to coat the chicken.
Step 11
Eat the chicken with some rice or some noodles or like naan or whatever you want.
