Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with peanut/almond butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Stir in oats, cocoa powder, and cinnamon until fully combined. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Step 4
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Step 5
Bake until set and lightly firm to the touch, about 20–25 minutes.
Step 6
Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into 6 bars, or the texture will be too soft to slice cleanly.
