Instructions

Step 1
Mix the flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper together in a shallow bowl. Coat the steak in the seasoned flour.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown the steak for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove the steak and set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3–4 minutes, then add the minced garlic.
Step 4
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, water, paprika, and oregano. Stir well, scraping up all the flavorful browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Return the steak to the pan. Cover and simmer on LOW for 1½–2 hours, or until the steak is fork-tender.
Step 6
If the sauce becomes too thick while cooking, add a splash of water or beef broth as needed.
Step 7
Serve hot with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favourite vegetables.
