Instructions
Step 1
For 1/3 c allulose syrup, mix ½ cup granulated allulose (or allulose/monk fruit blend) with ¼ cup water and ⅛ tsp lemon juice or cream of tartar (optional, helps stabilize the syrup)
Step 2
Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the chopped nuts, raisins, almond flour/oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Step 3
Melt the binder: In a small microwave-safe bowl, warm the nut butter and honey/allulose together for 20–30 seconds until warm and easy to stir.
Step 4
Mix: Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir thoroughly until a thick, sticky dough forms. If it feels too dry, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk or water; if too sticky, add extra protein powder.
Step 5
Press, chill, cut: press into silicone butter molds. After chilling cut each in half for 8 bars.
