One-Pan Creamy Garlic Parmesan Rigatoni (with Mini Meatballs)
Rich, cozy one-pan rigatoni cooked in beef stock and cream, tossed with garlic and lots of parmesan, plus quick mini meatballs for an easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

1 lbground beef
3cloves garlic
finely chopped
1 tspworcestershire sauce
½ tspitalian seasoning
½ tspsalt
½ tsppepper
½ tsponion powder
½ tsppaprika
1 Tbspoil
1 Tbspbutter
¼ cuponion
chopped
4cloves garlic
chopped
0.75 boxrigatoni
2 cupsbeef stock
1 ½ cupsheavy cream
salt
pepper
garlic powder
red pepper flakes
1 tspitalian seasoning
parmesan
Freshly grated, to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the meatball ingredients and roll into mini meatballs.
Step 2
Brown the meatballs in a little oil.
Step 3
Add the butter, onion, and garlic to the pan and cook for about 2 minutes, until fragrant.
Step 4
Add the rigatoni, beef stock, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 5
Cover and cook until the pasta is tender.
Step 6
Uncover and stir in a metric ton of freshly grated parmesan until the sauce is creamy.
Step 7
Finish with even more freshly grated parmesan and serve warm.
