Instructions

Step 1
For two loaves, double recipe. Prep ingredients and set aside. For grated zucchini, put in towel and wring out over sink to remove excess moisture. Heat olive oil in a skillet and add onion, garlic, mushroom, and carrot. Cook 5-6 minutes until softened. Set aside. Set oven to 375 degrees In a large mixing bowl, add turkey, zucchini, almond flour, coconut aminos, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, dried oregano, chopped parsley, and egg. Add cooked vegetables and mix everything to combine. Build loaves on a sheet pan covered in parchment paper. The thinner the loaf, the faster it will cook. Make the glaze. Whisk together tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and garlic powder. Top the loaves to coat. Cook for 45 minutes or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
