Prep:20minCook:18min
Italian White Wine Shrimp Bake as an appetizer or a Surf & Turf side alongside your roasted beef tenderloin, potatoes, and French bread.Because of the volume, do not crowd all 7.5 lbs into one dish. Use three 9x13-inch baking dishes (or two large 12x20-inch catering/hotel pans).

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2
Whisk Sauce: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dry white wine, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, Italian dressing mix, and minced garlic until fully incorporated.
Step 3
Arrange Shrimp: Evenly divide the 7.5 lbs of shrimp between your baking dishes, arranging them in a single, un-crowded layer.
Step 4
Pour Sauce: Pour ⅓ of the butter-wine mixture evenly over each dish of shrimp.
Step 5
Bake: Bake uncovered at 350°F for 15–18 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through, until all shrimp are opaque and pink.
Step 6
Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Set out serving spoons so guests can ladle the warm lemon-herb-wine butter directly over their tenderloin slices or use their French bread to scoop up the pan juice.
