1 ⅓ cupsall-purpose flour
plus 2-3 tablespoons if needed
1 teaspoonbaking soda
½ teaspoonbaking powder
½ teaspoonground cinnamon
½ teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Step 1
Brown the Butter: In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, until it turns golden brown and smells nutty. Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Step 2
Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the honey, browned butter, eggs, vanilla, and Greek yogurt until smooth and well combined.
Step 3
Add the Dry Ingredients: Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Stir just until combined, being careful not to overmix. If your bananas are especially large and the batter seems thin, add an extra 2–3 tablespoons of flour.
Step 4
Fold in the Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Step 5
Prepare the Pan: Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips over the top for a bakery-style finish.
Step 6
Bake: Bake at 350°F for 55–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with just a few moist crumbs attached. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10–15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
