Instructions

Step 1
1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic-infused olive oil, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.

3. Add the chicken thighs and turn them several times to coat completely.

4. Cover and refrigerate for 2–8 hours.

5. Preheat oven to 400°F.

6. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Discard the leftover marinade.
Step 7
7. Bake for 40–45 minutes, or until the thickest part of the chicken reaches at least 165°F.
Step 8
8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
