Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a standard muffin pan.

Saute onion, set aside.
Step 3
Cook spinach, chop and set aside.
Step 4
Whisk eggs, garlic, and veggies together in a bowl. Add cheese, bacon bits, salt and pepper.
Step 5
Divide evenly into the muffin tin.
Step 6
Bake about 20-25 minutes until set. Cool completely and store in the refrigerator.
