1 tablespoonavocado oil

large, diced

1 poundground beef

1 ¼ teaspoonssea salt
divided, 1 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon

½ teaspoonblack pepper
divided in half

1 x 7 ouncesliced mushrooms
jar, drained and patted dry

½ cupsour cream

1 ½ cupsshredded Cheddar cheese
divided cup 1/2 cup

1 x 14.5 ouncecan green beans
drained and patted dry
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Heat the avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 7 to 8 minutes, until translucent and starting to brown.
Step 3
Add the ground beef, 1 teaspoon of the salt, and 1/4teaspoon of the pepper. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes, until browned.
Step 4
Transfer the beef mixture into a large bowl. Stir in green beans, mushrooms, sour cream, 1 cup of the Cheddar, and the remaining 1/4 teaspoons of salt and pepper (or season to taste).
Step 5
Transfer the mixture into a 7 x 10-inch casserole dish. Place a single layer of cauliflower tots on top. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2cup of Cheddar.
Step 6
Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the casserole is hot and the cheese is melted.
