Ingredients

5 cupsmilk
French bread
Small, stale
4eggs
1 cupsugar
3 tspvanilla
½ cupbutter
softened
1 cupraisins
1apple
1pear
half and half
sweet treat
Whiskey sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Whisk eggs in your 11x15 baking dish. Add sugar, milk, vanilla, half and half and sweet treat
Step 3
Add butter and stir
Step 4
Add cubed French bread, diced apple, and diced pear and mix well
Step 5
Allow mixture to soak until bread softened
Step 6
Bake for 45-60 minutes
Whiskey sauce
Step 7
Heat butter, sugar, and water over high heat until it boils
Step 8
Mix in vanilla and salt
Step 9
Allow to cool slightly
Step 10
Pour mixture into egg, whipping constantly
Step 11
Add bourbon, mix
Step 12
Spoon over servings of finished bread pudding
