Step 1
Whisk dry ingredients. Add oil and mix until lumpy. Slowly add 3/4 c of water. Mix and add rest of water if needed. Knead dough with hands for 5 minutes. Make balls of dough, approximately 2 ounces each. Cover with a towel and let rest for minimum of 5 minutes. Roll dough on floured surface. Heat flat non-stick pan and cook for about 30 seconds on each side. Roll dough balls while cooking one. Cover with foil as they come out of pan. Store in sealed ziplock. Can be frozen. Reheat on non-stick pan (no oil).
