Instructions

Step 1
Tenderize chicken breasts and cut into 1 in cubes
Step 2
Combine chicken and marinade ingredients inside a ziplock bag and refrigerate for at least an hour.
Step 3
Chop broccoli to bite size. Slice bell pepper into 2 inch pieces. Cut green onion separating whites. Chop garlic or use jar. Chop ginger or use powder.
Step 4
Heat a large pan with oil and add chopped broccoli, dash of salt, and cook medium-high for about 8 minutes.
Step 5
Add a little oil and add the bell pepper to the pan. Cook until veggies are softened (15 more minutes)
Step 6
Cook chicken separately while veggies shrink in other pan to make room. Turn off heat when cooked.
Step 7
Lower heat. Make room in center of veggie pan for sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onion whites. Sizzle and stir for 30 seconds. Combine veggies and add MSG.
Step 8
Add chicken to veggie pan with bottled sauce and combine.
Step 9
Top with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve with white rice.
