Instructions
Step 1
In a large pot, brown ground "meat" and break up so there are no large chunks.
Step 2
Add sunflower oil and onion, season with salt, and cook for 8-10 minutes, until onions are soft and translucent.
Step 3
Add cumin and cajun spice. Stir, and then add beans, tomatoes, and barbeque sauce. Continue to stir and let simmer for 45 minutes.
Step 4
Season with salt and pepper and serve.
