Instructions
Step 1
Slice the cabbage into thin strips, use mandolin for best results
Step 2
Add salt and sugar and massage the cabbage with them
Step 3
Rest for 10 to 15 minuets to let the water seep out of the cabbage
Step 4
Add vinegar and mix, taste the best next day, keep in fridge.
