My Grandma’s Famous Mushroom Salad

Whenever my grandma has guests over, she makes sure to have this salad ready! It’s quite the crowd pleaser - and I haven’t seen a similar recipe anywhere else. So I wanted to share it here 😊

Step 1
Wash and thinly slice your mushrooms. Chop your green onion into small pieces. Put them aside into your serving bowl
Step 2
Air fry your pecans at 320° for 5 min. Once they’re done, pour 1 tbsp maple on top to sweeten - optional to add more. Do this while they’re still hot, then mix so that they’re “candied”
Step 3
Once you’re ready to serve the salad, add soy sauce to the salad. And pecans on top so that they don’t get soggy.
