I absolutely love creamy pastas but sometimes they’re a bit much and I just want something cheesy and this is the perfect thing for that and it’s super simple

Instructions

Step 1
First thing your gonna do is put your macaroni in a pot and fill with water. I haven’t put a measurement because it really depends on how hungry you are.
Step 2
While your pasta boils chop up one whole onion. I love onion so I use a whole one but if your not as a fan you can use half. Put the onion in a separate pan and cook till nice a brown. Just before your onions are cooked add your bacon. You can use lardons if you don’t wanna bother cutting any as well.
Step 3
Once your pasta is cooked drain it and put back in the saucepan. Add your cheese to the pasta and mix till fully melted. Add your creme fraiche, this is optional, if you want it that tiny bit more creamier then you can it in. Add a pinch of salt and your paprika. Then add your onions and bacon mixing them well and serve in a bowl and enjoy. Simple as that.
