Instructions

Step 1
Remove cloves of roasted garlic and mash with a fork.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan sauté onions (Use recipe in menu! TRUST ME! Lol)
Step 3
Then over MED-LOW heat, add in butter and melt.
Step 4
Pour in cream and garlic and heat to a simmer.
Step 5
Whisk in the black pepper and cheese.
Step 6
Add flour and cream mixture, (it will be a thick paste), and whisk to remove any lumps.
Step 7
Continue to whisk until sauce has thickened, a few minutes.
