Step 1
1. Cook chicken with one clove garlic and salt and pepper in chicken broth or chicken broth mixed with water.
Step 2
2. Shred chicken and mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with lime juice, salt & pepper to taste.

3. Serve on croissants or on plain sandwich bread.
