Step 1
In a large bowl combine ground beef, seven spice, cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cut pita bread in half and place ground beef inside into an even layer coat pita bread on both sides with olive oil. Bake on a foil lined sheet pan at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes flipping halfway until both sides are crisp then enjoy.
