Instructions
Step 1
Cook brocolli for 5 minutes in salted water.
Step 2
Sauce: Combine the sauce ingredients: mayonaise, mushroom soup, curry powder, and lemon juice.
Step 3
Debone the chicken.
Step 4
Fill an oven tin/bowel? ("bak") with layers of chicken, broccoli and sauce
Step 5
Top it off with 60g melted butter mixed with 250ml fresh breadcrumbs and 250g grated cheese.
Step 6
Bake for ±30 minutes at 180°C until sauce "borrel"s and dish is brown.
