For the marinade
2 tspkosher salt
pepper
2 cupsbuttermilk
2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspchipotle powder
6boneless skinless chicken thighs
For the dredge
3 cupsall purpose flour
2 ½ tspkosher salt
1 ½ tspsmoked paprika
2 tspgarlic powder
½ tspcracked pepper
fresh
1 tspcayenne

Chipotle sauce
4 Tbspmayo
½ tspchipotle powder
½ tspchili powder
1 tsppaprika
½ tspgarlic powder
1 drizzlehoney
lime juice

Instructions
Step 1
Marinate chicken in buttermilk for 1 hour minimum
Step 2
Drizzle in spoonfuls of marinade to dredge, coat chicken.
Step 3
Deep fry in canola oil until golden brown (temp of oil should be 350 degrees) or until chicken is 165 degrees inside (6-8 minutes)
Step 4
Toast buns, apply chipotle sauce, iceberg lettuce and tomato, and go nuts
