Step 1
1) Preheat the oven to 450˚F.

2) In a large bowl lightly spray cauliflower with Pam Cooking Spray and season with cumin, turmeric, chili powder, and salt. Mix until evenly distributed.

3) Bake for 15 mins or until lightly browned and tender.
Step 4
4) Garnish with lemon juice and fresh parsley and enjoy with your choice of approved protein and side of fruit.
