Instructions

Step 1
In a large skillet on med high heat, add avocado oil and gnocchi and sear. Add vegetables and cover about 3 minutes. Add lemon, spices, wine, coconut milk and simmer about 2 minutes. Add fresh parsley. Serve with garlic toast.
