Instructions
Step 1
Bring water in a pot to boil.
Step 2
Chop mushrooms to preferred size. Thin slices work best for me!
Step 3
Place pasta in boiling water to cook.
Step 4
In a pan, melt butter with olive oil, garlic and bouillon cube.
Step 5
Add mushrooms and sautΓ© for 10 minutes until soft.
Step 6
Add cooking cream to mushroom and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 7
Drain pasta and add to mushroom sauce.
Step 8
Optional: top with fresh or dried parsley and enjoy!
